About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven IT Manager to lead our technology department. In this critical role, you will oversee our core banking applications, network operations, cybersecurity protocols, systems administration, and branch IT support. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the high availability, security, and efficiency of our technological environment while empowering our business growth through robust IT strategies and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and high-performance system reliability.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of the BankOne Core Banking Application and related financial systems.
  • Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead network operations, systems administration, and technical support across all company branches.
  • Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors, service providers, and software licensors.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related numerate discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience specifically within the Nigerian banking or financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in BankOne, comprehensive systems administration, enterprise networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage IT service delivery, vendor relationships, and technical support operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
