About the Role
CapitalSage Technology Limited is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Internal Control Manager to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of our information systems and digital channels. In this critical role, you will champion IT risk management, enforce robust security frameworks, and drive compliance across our rapidly expanding fintech ecosystem in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls across enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and applications.
- Oversee comprehensive user access management, privilege account inventories, and periodic access reviews.
- Maintain the IT risk register, track control gap remediation, and support enterprise risk management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, change management procedures, and API security protocols.
- Supervise End-of-Day (EOD) processing, system logs, backups, and business continuity controls.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to resolve IT audit findings and regulatory inspection requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in IT control, IT audit, or IT risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong technical expertise in IT General Controls (ITGC), identity governance, network security, and payment systems.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 are a strong advantage.
