About the Role
Aldelia Limited is currently recruiting an experienced IT Infrastructure & Operations Supervisor to oversee the availability, security, and reliability of our IT environment across all Strategic Business Units in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will ensure seamless employee access to networks, hardware, and essential business applications while maintaining a robust and stable technological framework.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and coordinate end-user support across multiple business locations.
- Administer corporate networks, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and related infrastructure.
- Manage hardware and software configurations, user access rights, Active Directory, and onboarding processes.
- Monitor network performance, system availability, IT assets, and software license compliance.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and hardware repairs.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, data backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity protocols.
- Supervise IT support personnel and ensure timely incident resolution in alignment with service level agreements.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support, with prior supervisory experience.
- Strong expertise in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, network administration, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft credentials are highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving, vendor management, communication, and organizational skills.
