About the Role
Wertvoll Consulting Services is a premier hospitality consulting firm headquartered in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. The firm specializes in optimizing asset value, maximizing profitability, and driving operational excellence for hotels, resorts, and boutique hospitality properties nationwide. Led by Principal Consultant Mazi Collins Ugochukwu Nwangwu, Wertvoll delivers tailored, hands-on interventions that transform underperforming assets and scale high-growth hospitality brands. We are currently looking for a talented IT & Digital Systems Officer to join our innovative team and ensure our digital infrastructure supports our rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the firm's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff members across various digital platforms and communication tools.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hospitality management software, databases, and cloud-based systems.
- Monitor network security, data backup procedures, and cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive corporate and client information.
- Collaborate with management to identify digital transformation opportunities and streamline operational workflows through technology.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets, software licenses, system configurations, and network procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in IT support, digital systems administration, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or consulting sector.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware troubleshooting, cloud services, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be resident in Lagos, with close proximity to Lekki being an added advantage.
