About the Role
4 Quarters Consultants Limited, a trusted provider of expert ISO Consultancy Services, is seeking a skilled and proactive IT & Communications Officer to join our vibrant team in Victoria Island, Lagos. In this dynamic role, you will ensure seamless daily operations by maintaining robust IT infrastructure, supporting remote site communications, and optimizing our enterprise business systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line IT support to all staff, maintaining hardware, operating systems, and licensed software while keeping an accurate asset register.
- Manage office LAN/WLAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and backups, ensuring reliable connectivity and basic cybersecurity protocols.
- Design and deliver site communications and data networks, including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and remote monitoring links.
- Supervise contractors, prepare BOQs, and ensure strict adherence to HSE standards during site installation works.
- Administer company ERP and business systems, resolving user issues, building workflows, and training staff.
- Manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, software license renewals, and monthly status reporting.
- B.Sc or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and systems administration.
- Strong technical proficiency in TCP/IP, LAN/WLAN, Windows, Microsoft 365, and ERP administration.
- Relevant professional certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, MCSA, or ERP credentials) are an advantage.
- Must be able to easily commute to the job location in Victoria Island, Lagos.
