About the Role
Kuda is a full-service, app-based digital bank on a mission to make banking affordable, accessible, and rewarding for Africans globally. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IS Administrator Analyst to join our innovative technology team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining robust IT infrastructure, providing exceptional technical support, and ensuring secure, efficient digital workspaces for our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first and second-level technical support for official collaboration, messaging, and productivity tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues logged on Jira.
- Manage user provisioning and offboarding, overseeing workspaces such as Azure, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Notion, and Kuda Suites.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, ensuring all systems have the latest security patches and updates.
- Monitor the performance of computers, printers, network devices, CCTV cameras, and access control systems, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain an up-to-date IT asset register and ensure effective license management for cloud-based services.
- Implement security configurations across managed platforms in alignment with global standards, supporting IT compliance and disaster recovery exercises.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, Google Workspace, and basic networking concepts.
- Basic understanding of IT governance, ISMS, ITIL practices, and PCIDSS compliance.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Relevant certifications such as MCP, CCNA, or ITIL are an added advantage.
