About the Role
Grassroot Initiative for Strengthening Community Resilience (GISCOR) is a national humanitarian and developmental organization dedicated to supporting populations affected by conflict and natural disasters across Northeastern and Northwestern Nigeria. We are inviting qualified, reputable service providers to submit competitive bids for two distinct Framework Agreements (FWA): Vehicle Rental Services and the Provision of Conference Facilities and Catering Services. These framework agreements are designed to streamline our operational logistics, community engagements, and capacity-building activities over a 12-month period with the potential for a 1-year extension.
Key ResponsibilitiesSuccessful vendors will be required to deliver reliable, timely, and high-standard operational support matching strict humanitarian standards. Depending on the awarded framework, responsibilities include:
- Providing roadworthy, insured vehicles including sedans, SUVs, Hilux trucks, buses, and cargo trucks accompanied by qualified drivers for field deployments, monitoring, and emergency response.
- Delivering safe, clean, and fully equipped conference venues with functional furniture, technical equipment, and reliable power backup.
- Supplying fresh, high-quality catering and refreshment packages that accommodate dietary requirements while strictly adhering to public health and food safety regulations.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, transparent pricing, and prompt communication with GISCOR logistics teams across designated operational locations.
Bidders must demonstrate strong administrative, technical, and financial capability to successfully execute the scope of work. Key requirements include:
- Valid legal registration including active CAC incorporation status and updated Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Tax Clearance Certificates (TCC).
- Comprehensive company profiles, organizational charts, and verifiable references detailing similar contracts completed within the last two to three years.
- Fleet documentation including valid vehicle ownership papers, insurance, and roadworthiness certificates, or relevant hospitality facility certifications and standard operating procedures for food safety.
- Separate submission of technical and financial proposals stamped and signed by an authorized company representative before the October 27, 2026 deadline.
Partnering with GISCOR offers organizations an opportunity to support critical humanitarian and developmental initiatives in Nigeria. Selected vendors will benefit from:
- Long-term business relationships through a 12-month renewable Framework Agreement with a prominent national NGO.
- Opportunities for multi-vendor awards that ensure business continuity, flexible operational scheduling, and fair market-rate distribution.
- Professional growth and expanded market reach by supporting high-impact community resilience programs across multiple regions.
