About the Role
Prestigious Consulting Group, a leading global staffing agency located in Lagos, is seeking a high-performing Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager to drive capital acquisition for manufacturing and real-sector investments. This commercially critical, deal-closing role requires converting HNI and family office conversations into committed capital within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Source and secure capital from local and international HNIs, family offices, and private investors.
- Present structured investment opportunities including equity, debt, commercial papers, and Islamic financing.
- Manage end-to-end investor pipelines from initial introduction to fund deployment.
- Collaborate with internal, legal, and compliance teams to support due diligence and seamless deal execution.
- Represent the firm in exclusive investor ecosystems and wealth circles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is an advantage.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in investor relations, private banking, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital from high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
- Exceptional negotiation, deal-closing, and presentation skills with an existing network of private investors.
- Attractive commission structure on all funds successfully raised.
- Quick-Start Bonus of N15,000,000 for securing N1.5 billion or more within the first 30 days.
