About the Role

Workforce Group is a leading management consulting and outsourcing firm in Nigeria, partnering with top financial institutions, telecommunications giants, and multinational corporations. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Investment / Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our investment operations, ensuring seamless trade processing, accurate reporting, and robust risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive daily portfolio valuations and detailed investment reports for stakeholders.
  • Process complex investment transactions and closely monitor end-to-end settlements.
  • Perform meticulous daily cash, trade, and portfolio reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify, investigate, and promptly resolve operational discrepancies and transactional bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate, transparent, and audit-ready investment records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Liaise effectively with brokers, custodians, and various internal and external service providers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience in asset management, stockbroking, banking, or related financial services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in portfolio valuation, reconciliation, trade processing, and investment reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with InfoWare or Folio is a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, high ethical integrity, strong accountability, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
