Key Responsibilities- Mobilize funds from individual and corporate clients to meet organizational liquidity targets and support financial solutions.
- Identify, develop, and penetrate new markets and funding sources to drive continuous portfolio growth.
- Execute strategic client acquisition initiatives, including cold and warm calling.
- Build, manage, and retain robust relationships with high-net-worth investors and corporate stakeholders.
- Recommend profitable investment opportunities for excess liquidity and ensure portfolio diversification.
- Monitor market trends and prepare detailed reports and presentations to support management decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- 3 to 7 years of proven experience in treasury, fund mobilization, or investment management.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, treasury product sales, and portfolio retention.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
