We are currently seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented, and reliable Inventory and Warehouse Assistant to strengthen our growing logistics and supply chain team in Lagos.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for tracking stock movements, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, store, and issue IT inventory items accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain precise inventory records and update digital or manual stock movements.
- Support periodic physical stock counts and comprehensive inventory reconciliation exercises.
- Organize warehouse shelves and maintain a clean, hazard-free, and orderly working environment.
- Safely load, offload, and transport products within the warehouse premises.
- Monitor stock thresholds and promptly report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
- Prepare, manage, and file accurate inventory, dispatch, and logistics documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to support prompt product dispatch and delivery activities.
- Comply strictly with company inventory control protocols, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Perform other ancillary warehouse and inventory duties assigned by management.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant academic discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, or a related role is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of modern inventory control techniques and warehouse operations.
- Physically fit with the stamina required to handle regular warehouse tasks and lifting.
- Exceptional organizational, numerical, and record-keeping capabilities.
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to execute tasks accurately under minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, dependability, punctuality, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Proximity to Ikeja or surrounding residential areas to guarantee seamless commuting.
