About the Role

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the seamless flow of essential medical and operational materials across our facilities, directly supporting our mission to deliver exceptional family healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming inventory in the Central Store according to established safety and quality standards.
  • Issue approved materials to requesting hospital departments and monitor stock levels to initiate timely replenishment at reorder points.
  • Maintain precise inventory records using our enterprise software, conduct routine stock counts, and reconcile variances promptly.
  • Support the procurement team by obtaining supplier quotations, preparing pricing comparisons, and following up on purchase orders.
  • Ensure the central store remains impeccably organized, clean, and properly labeled while adhering strictly to company compliance policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in inventory management, store operations, or procurement within a structured environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and exceptional integrity in record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
