About the Role

EcoNation is a leading recycled PET flake supplier on a mission to tackle the world's plastic pollution problem by driving ethical plastic collection, recycling, and reprocessing. We collect food-grade plastic from beaches, landfills, and recycling centers, transforming them into high-quality food-grade hot-washed PET flakes. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure seamless supply chain workflows at our facility in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching inventory materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory bookkeeping and perform regular physical stock audits to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of materials to support continuous production cycles.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, occupational health standards, and environmental compliance policies.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to optimize warehouse layout and material flow efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in warehousing, inventory management, and stock bookkeeping.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and environmental compliance within an industrial or recycling setting.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant degree or certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
