About the Role
Dotmac Technologies LTD is an established Information and Communications Technology company founded in 2008, dedicated to delivering world-class engineering and technology services across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Officer who is currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) to join our growing operations team in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels for all ICT hardware, networking equipment, and office supplies.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and quality control.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory management records.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and seamless supply chain flow.
- Maintain an organized warehouse and storage facility, adhering to company safety and security standards.
- Must be a current NYSC corps member currently serving or about to commence primary assignment in Abuja.
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a keen eye for detail.
