About the Role
Royal Design Furniture and Interior Craft Limited is an indigenous furniture manufacturing and interior firm, with proven experience in furniture manufacturing, interior design, and furniture procurement. We are seeking a smart, highly organised, honest, and detail-oriented female Inventory Officer to manage and control the company's materials, supplies, finished products, tools, equipment, and inventory records in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of all company inventory, opening stock, and closing stock balances.
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials supplied by vendors against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Issue materials strictly against approved production requests, job cards, and project sites.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with inventory records to investigate discrepancies immediately.
- Monitor minimum stock levels, maintain proper labelling, and raise timely reorder alerts.
- Track finished furniture across the showroom, factory, and project sites while managing tools and equipment registers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock movement, variance, and receiving reports.
- Minimum qualification of OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing & Supply, Logistics, or related disciplines.
- Previous inventory, storekeeping, warehouse, or stock-control experience is an advantage.
- Strong numerical ability and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with familiarity in inventory software being an added advantage.
- Must be honest, accountable, firm, and comfortable working within a furniture production environment.
