Key Responsibilities- Patrol assigned areas regularly to monitor and secure the premises against unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism.
- Control access to buildings and property by diligently checking identification and credentials of all visitors and staff.
- Respond promptly to alarms, security incidents, and emergencies to provide immediate assistance and de-escalate situations.
- Observe and report any suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or unusual activities to management or law enforcement agencies.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations consistently across all assigned posts.
- Maintain detailed, accurate daily logs and incident reports regarding activities, visitors, and irregularities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by professionally assisting visitors, clients, and employees with security-related inquiries.
- Proven experience working as a Security Guard or in a relevant security operations role is preferred.
- Strong observational and surveillance skills with the ability to proactively identify potential security threats.
- Excellent physical fitness required to conduct extensive foot patrols and stand for extended periods.
- Outstanding communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal abilities.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional security certifications or law enforcement background is a strong advantage.
