About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of optical frames, contact lenses, medications, and clinical supplies across all three clinic branches.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality materials at competitive prices, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, verifying quantities and checking for damaged goods.
- Implement efficient inventory control procedures to minimize waste, expiration of stock, and stockouts.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly inventory reports for management review and decision-making.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Officer, Stock Controller, or similar administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational, numerical, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities to liaise effectively with external vendors.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced medical environment in Abuja.
