About the Role
Mshel Homes Limited is an independent real estate company located in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to helping clients achieve their dream homes through strategic partnerships and excellence. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Inventory Officer to oversee our construction materials and ensure seamless project execution across our development sites.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of all construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reorders to prevent project shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to verify deliveries against purchase orders.
- Ensure proper documentation and coordinate timely distribution of materials to sites.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Optimize storage systems, minimize waste, and enforce strict safety standards.
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
- Proficiency in inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical reporting skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, high integrity, and keen attention to detail.
