About the Role
LED Express Technologies Limited is a leading global provider of innovative LED application products and integrated solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality visual displays and lighting systems worldwide. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will maintain the absolute integrity of our warehouse assets, manage seamless stock movements, ensure highly accurate record-keeping, and optimize material availability to fully support our technical operations and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily stock levels, track inventory movements, and conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle audits.
- Maintain meticulously accurate digital and physical record-keeping systems for all incoming and outgoing warehouse materials.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics, sales, and technical operations teams to ensure timely availability of LED products and installation components.
- Identify inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize stock shrinkage.
- Optimize warehouse organization and storage procedures to enhance operational efficiency and retrieval speed.
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports and provide actionable insights to management regarding stock turnover and reorder thresholds.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with modern digital inventory management systems.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities, multitasking dexterity, and rigorous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
