About the Role
Life Flour Mill Limited produces premium flour designed to withstand rigorous bakery handling, backed by a strong quality assurance team and dedicated technical support across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Officer to join our dynamic Supply Chain team and oversee efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accurate inventory records, conduct routine stock reconciliations, and strictly enforce FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Coordinate product receipt, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch activities while ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Verify quantities, batch details, and documentation to maintain flawless dispatch accuracy.
- Prevent unauthorized stock movement, loss, theft, or damage, ensuring strict adherence to HSE guidelines and PPE compliance.
- Supervise warehouse staff and loaders, monitor key performance indicators, and prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high standards of integrity and accountability.
