About the Role
Whispers Art Haus, a premier hospitality and lifestyle destination located along Shehu Shagari Express Way in Maitama, Abuja, is expanding its dynamic team. We are currently seeking a passionate, professional, and dedicated Inventory Officer to oversee our stock management processes, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support our fast-paced operations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels for all hospitality and lifestyle supplies.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with the digital inventory system.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, ensuring quality and quantity accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal department heads to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Generate detailed inventory reports and maintain organized documentation for auditing purposes.
- Implement stock control procedures to minimize waste, shrinkage, and operational inefficiencies.
- Relevant work experience in inventory management, stock control, or a related hospitality role is a distinct advantage.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
