About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Inventory Officer to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining seamless supply chain operations by managing stock records, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring precise stock movement and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, record, organise, and issue stock items efficiently.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records and documentation using company systems.
- Monitor stock levels proactively and report potential shortages or discrepancies immediately.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and comprehensive reconciliations.
- Track stock movement meticulously and prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and organisation of all inventory in the warehouse.
- Assist internal and external auditors during periodic stock audits and evaluations.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in inventory control, warehousing, or stock management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional numerical accuracy and analytical skills.
- Good organisational, time-management, and verbal communication skills.
