In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining supply chain efficiency, ensuring stock accuracy, and supporting our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels continuously, initiate timely re-orders, and prevent costly stockouts.
- Ensure proper storage, clear labeling, and safe handling of all products within the facility.
- Prepare and update comprehensive inventory reports, cost records, and usage summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline stock movement and optimize warehouse operations.
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Possess excellent organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
- Must reside in Gbagi or its immediate environments for easy accessibility.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in inventory management software or tools.
