We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Manager to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining stock integrity, optimizing supply chain workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple departments to support our continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all inventory transactions and guarantee high stock accuracy across assigned warehouses.
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations, perform cycle counts, and thoroughly investigate any inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and closely monitor inventory performance against established KPIs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Drive continuous inventory control improvements and support general operations across assigned locations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain within the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution sector.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, and detailed inventory reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience using ERP systems such as Business Central, Odoo, or SAP.
