About the Role
Harmony Garden & Estate Development Limited is a pioneering real estate and construction firm committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Lead to optimize our supply chain operations and ensure the seamless availability of materials across our project sites.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective inventory management plans, minimum and maximum stock levels, and material forecasts.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of inventory items across multiple project locations.
- Conduct periodic inventory inspections, weekly and monthly stock counts, and quarterly physical inventory reconciliations.
- Protect company assets by minimizing waste, damage, and obsolescence while strengthening controls against theft and unauthorized movements.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory status reports, control dashboards, and variance analysis for management review.
- Direct and coordinate the daily activities of Inventory Officers and site store teams in compliance with company procedures.
- Degree or HND in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications will be a strong added advantage.
- Proven experience in inventory, warehouse, or store management within construction, real estate, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern inventory or ERP management systems.
- Exceptional analytical, reconciliation, and variance-investigation skills with high integrity and attention to detail.
