About the Role
Natural Girl Wigs is a globally recognized beauty brand dedicated to producing premium natural textured hair for Black women worldwide. We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Inventory Analyst to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for transforming inventory data into actionable operational decisions, ensuring seamless production and supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock consistently aligns with system data.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory turnover, and availability to proactively identify replenishment needs.
- Investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, identifying root causes for permanent resolution.
- Build and maintain advanced inventory trackers, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Analyze stock movement to minimize waste, excess inventory, and avoidable carrying costs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Procurement to streamline stock management.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, finance, accounting, or data analysis.
- Advanced spreadsheet proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex data analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail and root-cause investigation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with ERP systems, manufacturing environments, or inventory KPIs is a strong advantage.
