We are currently seeking a diligent and analytical Internal Control Specialist to join our dynamic team and help safeguard our operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate various control activities designed and implemented by management to ensure smooth and efficient company operations.
- Conduct regular reviews based on the Internal Control Framework to identify procedural gaps, weaknesses, and control failures.
- Escalate identified control deficiencies promptly to management with actionable recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborate with different departments to enforce compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in risk assessment processes and assist in the continuous improvement of internal audit procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in internal control, audit, or risk management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail and high ethical standards.
