About the Role
Vixa Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Store Officer to oversee the administrative and logistical operations of our factory production store in Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining seamless inventory control, optimizing storage spaces, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to support our manufacturing goals. Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and essential store items.
- Conduct regular stock audits, identify discrepancies, and reconcile inventory records with high precision.
- Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with suppliers to track order statuses and delivery schedules.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials, including invoices and delivery notes.
- Organize and optimize factory storage spaces to facilitate efficient material retrieval and safety compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the production, procurement, and finance teams to forecast material requirements.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure all received goods meet company standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Store Officer or in a similar inventory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of computerized inventory management systems and modern supply chain practices.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
