You will play a critical role in safeguarding company assets, ensuring regulatory adherence, and supporting strategic business objectives through comprehensive audit and control functions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive operational, financial, and compliance audits across all departments
- Evaluate internal control effectiveness and develop actionable improvement recommendations
- Monitor organizational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify operational risks, investigate irregularities, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed audit reports and monitor the implementation of recommendations
- Execute routine inventory, asset, and process audits to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Advance fraud prevention initiatives and cultivate a strong internal control culture
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management
- Experience in plastic manufacturing or similar industrial environments is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
- Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA, CIA, CISA, or ACA) preferred
- Exceptional analytical, investigative, and technical reporting capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with unwavering integrity
- Willingness to relocate to Onitsha, Anambra State
