About the Role
Neveah Limited is a leading commodities trading and manufacturing company dedicated to sourcing and exporting top-quality solid minerals and agricultural products. We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a detail-oriented Internal Control Manager to oversee operations at our Aluminum and Copper Recycling Plant. In this pivotal role, you will safeguard financial integrity, mitigate risks, and optimize processes within our industrial facility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor robust internal control frameworks to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and operational effectiveness.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify vulnerabilities, prevent fraud, and enforce regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with finance and plant operations teams to streamline processes, update policies, and integrate automated controls.
- Ensure adherence to financial standards such as GAAP and IFRS while preparing comprehensive reports for executive management and external audits.
- Provide training and foster a strong culture of risk management and compliance awareness across all plant departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications like ACCA, CPA, or CISA are highly advantageous.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in internal control, auditing, or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Prior working experience within the manufacturing, recycling, or heavy industrial sector is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of internal control frameworks such as COSO, risk management principles, and ERP systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
