About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated Field Auditor to join our dynamic team in Nigeria and ensure our operations maintain the highest standards of trust and integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive field audits across various locations to review operational procedures and documents.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, discrepancies, and conduct risk assessments with actionable mitigation strategies.
- Recommend corrective actions and follow up diligently until full implementation is achieved.
- Help develop and execute field audit plans, ensuring all assignments are completed on schedule.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present clear findings to key internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, backed by strong audit expertise and operational acumen.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in stock management, retail audits, inventory variance analysis, and compliance checks.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and Word skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage overlapping timelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional collaboration across diverse teams.
