Bukka Hospitality Limited, trading as Bukka Hut, is a premier fast-food restaurant chain dedicated to serving authentic Nigerian cuisine in comfortable, hygienic environments across Lagos. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a dedicated and analytical Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team and safeguard our financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular audits across all restaurant outlets and business operations.
- Review inventory, sales, cash handling, expenses, and operational records meticulously.
- Identify control weaknesses, financial discrepancies, fraud risks, and process violations.
- Conduct routine and surprise stock counts while investigating inventory variances.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and financial controls.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive audit reports and recommend actionable corrective measures.
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution by operational teams.
- Support investigations into suspected losses, fraud, or internal misconduct.
- Monitor adherence to food safety, hygiene, and operational standards across all locations.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant internal audit or financial control experience, preferably within the hospitality or retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and high ethical standards.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
