About the Role
Changeroom was established in 2012 with a vision to produce quality human resource solutions. We plan to achieve this by partnering with our clients to provide highly specialized consulting services in the areas of human resources development and business management services. We are currently looking for a talented Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team and ensure the highest standards of financial integrity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and procedures.
- Identify areas of risk and recommend solutions to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, actionable recommendations, and implementation plans for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and continuously monitor progress.
- Stay abreast of evolving industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in internal auditing.
- Provide expert guidance and support to management and staff regarding internal control issues and risk mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CIA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in internal auditing roles.
- Strong working knowledge of internal auditing standards, practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Proficiency in specialized audit software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
