Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and report on internal audit reviews of financial and operational processes.
- Evaluate internal control systems to identify potential risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular stock takes, inventory audits, and cash flow reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local financial regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification or progress towards one (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
- Proven working experience in auditing or financial accounting, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage sector.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
