About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to join our growing team and safeguard our financial and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and report on financial, operational, and compliance audits across various hospitality projects and consultancy operations.
- Evaluate internal control systems, identify financial risks, and recommend robust corrective actions to management.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements, transactions, ledgers, and operational procedures to detect and prevent discrepancies or fraud.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian financial regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present actionable insights to senior leadership to drive business efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement audit recommendations and streamline financial processes.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIA is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in internal auditing, financial analysis, or risk management, preferably within the hospitality or service sector.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks in Nigeria.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and strong communication skills.
