District 9 Branded Residences (Velmonti Palace), Abuja's upcoming landmark ultra-luxury destination, is opening its doors for world-class hospitality talent! We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Revenue & Yield Manager to drive our commercial success. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead pricing strategies, inventory management, and forecasting to maximize total revenue and profitability for our elite property, ensuring we set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and total property profitability.
- Analyze booking patterns, market trends, competitor pricing, and demand factors to forecast future revenue performance accurately.
- Manage room inventory and pricing across all distribution channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate accounts.
- Lead regular yield meetings with the sales, marketing, and front office teams to align strategies and capitalize on demand opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, rate structures, and distribution partnerships.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and performance dashboards for executive leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in hotel revenue management, preferably within the luxury or upscale hospitality sector.
- Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS).
- Deep understanding of hotel distribution channels, online travel agencies, and dynamic pricing models.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation pre-opening and operational hotel environment in Abuja.
