Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain instrumentation control systems and telecommunication equipment.
- Execute preventive and planned maintenance schedules to ensure continuous plant operations.
- Test and calibrate all measuring instruments accurately to maintain high-quality manufacturing standards.
- Accurately record all shift activities and maintenance interventions in the departmental logbook.
- Respond promptly to operational breakdowns to minimize production downtime and maximize plant productivity.
- Read, interpret, and modify complex electrical circuits and instrumentation diagrams.
- Analyze electronic and instrumentation faults critically to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar instrumentation or maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective shift handover and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex technical faults and apply logical troubleshooting techniques.
