About the Role
Chikatina Hairs International, a renowned leader in the Nigerian hair extension industry with over 30 years of excellence, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Inhouse Customer Care Officer to join our team. As the parent company of prestigious brands such as Cleopatra, Macaulay, Hair Me, and Hair Parade, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality to our clientele. Please note that this is strictly an on-site, physical role based in Nigeria and is neither virtual nor hybrid.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and attend to walk-in and digital customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to all customer inquiries across various communication channels.
- Actively engage with potential buyers to close sales and meet daily targets.
- Perform daily financial balancing and reconcile sales records accurately at the end of each business day.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics team to follow up on product supply, deliveries, and inventory availability.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or client relationship management, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in daily reporting.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Residency in proximity to the work location and readiness for an on-site work arrangement.
