We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Infrastructure Works Supervisor to oversee our civil construction projects and ensure flawless execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all site infrastructure and civil construction activities, including roads, drainage systems, earthworks, and external works.
- Ensure strict adherence to construction methods, engineering drawings, project specifications, and quality control standards.
- Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, heavy equipment, and construction materials efficiently to meet project timelines.
- Monitor site safety requirements and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Liaise effectively with Project Managers, consulting engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to resolve site challenges promptly.
- Manage daily site operations, maintain progress reports, and ensure optimal resource utilization under high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of proven hands-on experience in infrastructure and civil construction works.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in interpreting complex engineering drawings and project requirements.
