About the Role
iMMAP France/3iSolution is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing critical information management services to humanitarian and development organizations. We empower our partners to target assistance effectively to vulnerable populations while building local capacities for autonomous data management. We are currently looking for a dynamic Information Management Systems Intern to join our team in Nigeria and contribute to impactful donor-funded projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in collecting, cleaning, validating, and organizing program data from various humanitarian and development sources.
- Support the maintenance, updating, and documentation of information management systems and databases.
- Assist in analyzing program data, generating summary statistics, and preparing periodic reports and factsheets.
- Support the production of maps and geospatial products using GIS software.
- Develop dashboards, charts, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI.
- Maintain digital data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, ODK, or SurveyCTO.
- Participate in project meetings, technical discussions, and capacity-building training sessions.
- Recent graduate with up to one year of experience holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, IT, GIS, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or GIS software being a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with mobile data collection platforms like KoboToolbox, ODK, or SurveyCTO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
