About the Role
Addosser Microfinance Bank Limited is a leading financial institution dedicated to empowering small and medium-scale entrepreneurs, petty traders, artisans, and low-income earners who lack access to conventional banking services. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Influencer, Partnerships & Community Activation professional to spearhead our grassroots engagement and brand expansion initiatives across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and trust within target communities.
- Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships with trade associations, market unions, and local key opinion leaders.
- Plan and execute high-impact on-ground community activations, roadshows, and financial literacy campaigns to drive direct customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design localized campaigns that resonate with petty traders, artisans, and small business owners.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership campaigns and community activation events against defined key performance indicators.
- Represent Addosser Microfinance Bank at relevant industry events, trade expos, and community gatherings to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, strategic partnerships, or community management, preferably within the fintech or banking sector.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian microfinance landscape and informal market segments.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully executing community-based activations that drive measurable customer acquisition.
