White Light Montessori School, an authentic private childcare and learning facility located in the heart of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, is seeking passionate and qualified Infant, Toddler, and Children's House Teachers to join our vibrant educational community. Key Responsibilities- Implement authentic Montessori curricula tailored to infant, toddler, or children's house age groups.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages independence and curiosity.
- Observe, track, and document each child's developmental progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Manage classroom behavior positively and foster strong social-emotional skills among students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to plan school events, curriculum enhancements, and activities.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
- Formal Montessori training or certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proven teaching experience within a recognized childcare or Montessori learning facility.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
