Key Responsibilities- Supervise teaching and support staff while guiding effective curriculum implementation aligned with our holistic philosophy.
- Monitor student performance, uphold high academic standards, and promote a safe, inclusive, and values-driven learning environment.
- Manage school budgets, resources, admissions, enrollment processes, and ensure compliance with education policies and regulations.
- Lead continuous school improvement initiatives, drive staff professional development, and represent the institution in external partnerships.
- Engage actively with families, parents, and the broader community to foster strong, collaborative relationships.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field, with appropriate licensure or certification being an advantage.
- 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in school leadership, educational administration, and instructional management.
- Demonstrated expertise in mentoring educators, implementing teaching best practices, and driving positive academic outcomes.
- Strong organizational, financial, and operational management skills including budgeting, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven commitment to inclusive, culturally aware, and student-centered school cultures.
