About the Role
Unateus delivers comprehensive logistics solutions connecting global e-commerce platforms, CPA companies, and web shops directly to customers across Africa and Asia. We are currently seeking driven Independent Delivery Sales Agents across Nigeria to expand our dynamic field operations network, ensure seamless package handovers, and uphold our high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct pre-delivery customer verifications to confirm contact details and documentation before dispatch.
- Manage secure and efficient package handovers to customers at designated locations.
- Collect Cash On Delivery (COD) payments and ensure timely remittance within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with the operations team to provide instant CRM updates and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with all customers to address inquiries and provide status updates.
- Must own a reliable personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) with valid licensing.
- Possess an Android or iOS smartphone with reliable data connectivity for Telegram, Google Maps, and CRM tools.
- Demonstrate a calm, professional demeanor with strong verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to adopt European business standards and take responsibility for goods via a caution fee.
- Prior experience in the logistics or delivery sector, or owning an independent courier company, is a strong advantage.
