Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily inbound logistics activities to ensure all materials are received in strict accordance with project and operational requirements.
  • Monitor shipment milestones, delivery schedules, and inbound logistics schedules to provide timely status updates.
  • Maintain accurate logistics tracking records and generate comprehensive delivery status reports.
  • Facilitate the smooth processing of shipping and import documentation with relevant regulatory and corporate stakeholders.
  • Escalate delivery-related bottlenecks promptly to mitigate impacts on material availability and operational timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse, materials, procurement, and operations teams to guarantee optimal material availability.
  • Support logistics performance measurement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, with a minimum of a Second-Class Lower (2.2) GPA.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or materials coordination.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, and enterprise systems like ERP or SCM.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Relevant professional certifications in logistics and supply chain management (such as CIPS, APICS/ASCM, CSCP, CLTD, or Six Sigma) will be a distinct advantage.
  • Prior experience working within oil and gas, energy, or large industrial environments is highly preferred.
