We are currently looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Dispatch Rider to join our growing logistics and delivery team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service by ensuring that all orders reach our clients promptly and in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver beauty and skincare products accurately and promptly to various locations across the city.
- Map out efficient delivery routes to ensure timely drop-offs and minimize travel time.
- Maintain company delivery bikes in excellent working condition, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Handle parcels with utmost care to prevent damage to delicate cosmetic products.
- Collect payments and sign-off documents from clients where applicable.
- Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Proven professional riding experience with a valid rider card and driver's license.
- Good knowledge of the local terrain and routes within the operational city.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional customer interaction.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
