About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Impact Manager to join our Academy team, leading the design and implementation of comprehensive impact measurement systems that drive decision-making and programme improvement across our portfolio.
This role combines framework development, data management, and insights generation to ensure all projects have robust measurement approaches aligned with our mission of building dignified lives globally.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Theories of Change, logical frameworks, and impact measurement plans for all academy projects
- Develop indicator tracking tables and performance dashboards to monitor project targets against actual results
- Oversee data collection, validation, cleaning, analysis, and reporting across regional and central teams
- Create and validate quantitative and qualitative data collection tools aligned with sector best practices
- Manage data integrity planning and ensure high-quality data systems across all programmes
- Conduct target forecasting, variance analysis, and routine internal reporting via Salesforce or similar platforms
- Generate comprehensive data analysis and insights for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead after-action reviews and build staff capacity on impact measurement practices
- Ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous programme improvement
- Minimum 8 years of experience developing Theories of Change, logical frameworks, and impact measurement frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in Evidence and Measurement Framework development and results-based monitoring
- Proficiency with data analysis software (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Airtable) and visualization tools (Tableau)
- Experience with statistical analysis, pivot tables, and basic regression analysis
- Familiarity with project management, Gantt charts, and risk management methodologies
- Experience working across global contexts with multiple stakeholders in finance or development sectors
- Strong system creation and process management capabilities
- Experience with Salesforce dashboards or willingness to learn
- UK work authorization and London-based location required
