Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with company objectives
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and professional development programs
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and hospitality industry best practices
- Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects our core values of hospitality, consistency, innovation, and integrity
- Administer compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational development and succession planning
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics
- Must reside in Enugu or its environs
