About the Role
Bloombreed Schools, Port Harcourt is an independent, British Council accredited Christian, co-educational Day and Boarding school, and the first Google Reference School in Nigeria. We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy ICT Teacher to join our innovative academic team and drive excellence in digital learning.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive ICT lessons aligned with the British and Nigerian curricula.
- Utilize advanced education technology and Google Workspace tools to enhance classroom instruction and student engagement.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment while strictly adhering to child safety and safeguarding policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate technology across various subjects and school activities.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant academic equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in IT skills, computer science, and modern educational technologies.
- Thorough understanding of child safety, protection, and safeguarding protocols in a school environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
