Key Responsibilities- Support the overall leadership, administration, and daily management of the school.
- Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and performance evaluation.
- Lead, support, mentor, and supervise both teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes holistic child development.
- Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider school community.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Up to 5 years of relevant working experience in educational leadership, school management, or teaching.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated passion for child development, innovative teaching methods, and educational excellence.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to Charlith Academy's vision and core values.
